This time, you will hear some serious customer feedback. Even the best brands have a room for improvement. Despite the fact that your customer patronises you, there will always be that one point that they would want you to improve on. Get your list ready as they may pour out their suggestions wholeheartedly to you. This question is very important as you can use it as a gauge for innovation.

This is where you can determine whether your customer is really satisfied with the products you sell, or the services that you provide. If they are personally satisfied, it will naturally bubble forth from their mouth, recommending your brand to other people.
