About Stuart:

A highly accomplished, commercially adept and strategically focused Business Leader with a 20 year career operating within many areas of the Banking profession. A strategic thinker and creative problem solver with a history of success and an exemplary record for delivering, executing and managing high growth sales and marketing operations.

Stuart is married to Jan and has two children (Olivia and Eve), he lives in Great Dunmow, Essex. He is a diehard Manchester United supporter who loves to cook, drink red wine and single malt whisky whilst listening to his favourite band, The Fall.

About Colin: Colin worked in Business and retail banking for over 30 years, including many years in an operational director role, before joining Pro-actions as a UK Board Director and running Essex for the company. Passionate in helping business owners achieve their goals Colin’s vast experience covers sales and marketing, profit and Balance sheet management, organisational and operational structures, remote management, people management and development as well as start-up experience in terms of an online Bank. Scott studied business studies and spent the early years of his career in sales and recruitment, before setting up his first internet business in the dot com boom. The business was a success and became a top 100 business by sales (Clickbank), and went on to expand into the USA, with acquisition and turnaround of ailing web design and web hosting businesses along the way.

Throughout the duration Scott has used his skills and expertise in online marketing, leadership and management, business acquisition, growth into the USA, law and the small business in the UK, business planning and mobile marketing effectively; helping businesses turn around or stay on track with growth plans.

Graeme is a business improvement specialist with 25 years of experience in industry and consulting. He has a proven track record for leading business improvement programmes and passion for helping clients to deliver tangible and sustainable benefits. Graeme’s early career was as an engineer and manager in the Automotive industry, enjoying many assignments around the world. For the last 7 years Graeme has worked as a consultant using his skills and experience to help large blue chip companies and SMEs across different sectors to make real productivity and bottom-line financial improvements. His core experience lies within the areas of end-to-end business process improvement, operations management and business structure / operating model improvement. He has an engaging, collaborative and engaging approach, always working with clients to understand their specific needs and priorities before tailoring improvement plans and supporting implementation.
