Each participant will have their own business plan workbook to use and complete throughout the business workshop programme. We also provide a range of spreadsheet templates to aid the programme.
Our small business workshop includes a dedicated one-to-one coaching session mid-month to help keep you on track and grow your business outside of our half-day ‘Mini MBA’ sessions.
A workshop will have up to 10 non competing businesses and will involve presentation, group discussion, and both individual and group working.
Key to success is the “homework”, with an expectation that attendees will begin to put the principles discussed at the workshops into practice between sessions.
